The Autofill Challenge

I’ve seen this Autofill Challenge a lot, and I though that I’d like to give it a try. The rules are simple: On Google, type in the letter of the alphabet and see what autofills the bar. I’m going to go for it 🙂

Mother’s Day 2014

Tomorrow is May 11, 2014.

What will you do for Mother’s Day tomorrow?

There are so many things that you could do for and with your mom. Here are just a few a ideas to start you out:

Washing Dishes

Washing Laundry

Planting Plants

Go For a Walk

Buy Her Flowers/Cards/Gifts

Cook Dinner

Take Her Out to Dinner

Give Her A Hug

There’s way more to that list, but think of it yourself! Make your mom feel free tomorrow and also appreciated.

Give her some time off, for what she’s done for you the past… decade or something? 😀

How To Block Ads On Google Chrome: Part 2

This step is probably easier than the one I showed before, but you can always try. This works for me and it helps A LOT.

Click here.

*This is a very trustworthy app. It’s super useful and it gets all the ads off of your screen.

Just click this:  on the right hand side of the small window and it will start downloading. There are NO viruses. After that, on a regular window, there will be a small stop sign under the red “X.”

Click on that, and it will show all of the data and how many ads blocked in total AND on the current screen. It should be something like this:

How To Block Ads On Google Chrome

For the past few days, I’ve been seeing ads covering my page on all different websites, including private and non-profit websites like this. But, I learned how to block them, and it’s been working for the past minute or two 😛

I’ll just do this tutorial for whoever is using GOOGLE CHROME. Follow the steps listed below to block certain ads:

1. Under the red “X”, there is a button that shows 3 lines. Click that.
2. Go down and hover on “Tools”
3. Click on “Extensions”
4. There, press the gray trash can for whatever you want to block (SearchDonkey, etc.)

I blocked SearchDonkey because that was annoying me. The logo looks like this:

That is what you are looking for when you go to Step #3.
